A dance class for everyone, centered on getting your body moving in authentic, nourishing, and fluid ways. Combining contemporary dance movement and somatics, each class will consist of a deep warm up, accessible movement technique, a short choreography sequence based on the collective class level, and a delicious cool down. Come get energized, expressive, and a little sweaty. For all bodies; no dance experience necessary.
